DealerOS software is operated by NXT LVL Title Services. Existing service contracts and financial records retain their authorized legal issuer.

These terms apply to your use of the DealerOS public website. Title processing services and the dealer portal are provided under a separate dealer services agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Website information

Content on this website is general information about our services. It is not legal, tax, or regulatory advice. State requirements change, and we confirm the processing route for each state and transaction type before accepting work.

Pricing and estimates

Pricing is provided individually to each dealership and is not offered or binding until confirmed in writing. The savings calculator and platform previews use figures you enter or demonstration data. They are illustrative only and are not a quote, a guarantee of savings, or a representation of any customer’s results. Government taxes, title fees, and registration fees are set by the state and are separate from our service fees.

Service availability

We are onboarding dealerships in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. Processing in a state is available only once its processing route has been approved and activated. Coverage information on this website reflects that status but may change.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false information, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfere with the website’s operation, or use automated tools to submit forms.

Intellectual property

The DealerOS name, logo, and website content belong to DealerOS and may not be used without permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, NXT LVL is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website.
