These modules are in the product now. Each card states what the workspace does, including the review, posting, and data limits a store should know before turning it on.
Available
DealerOS Inventory
A vehicle list with VIN decoding, photos, rooftop assignment, and title links. A sell-ready queue flags unsold units missing photos, an asking price, a short description, hidden from the website, or on the lot more than 60 days.
A customer list with follow-ups and linked title cases. Plans that include it can invite a buyer to a portal for their vehicle, receipts, loan, and title progress.
Submit title work, review documents, track original custody, and follow up when documents are missing. Staff record the submission. There is no state e-title connection.
Publish an inventory-backed website with saved vehicles, inquiries, and appointment requests. Requests become customer leads. An appointment request is not a confirmed booking, and this is your site, not a post to an outside marketplace.
Print a report with NHTSA model-year recalls and crash or fire complaints, plus this dealership's repair orders. Title brand, NMVTIS, Carfax, NICB, and this VIN's accident history are not included.
From the unit on the lot to the title and the receipt.
Inventory
Keep the vehicle list, decoded VIN, photos, and rooftop together. A sell-ready queue flags unsold units missing photos, an asking price, a short description, hidden from the website, or on the lot more than 60 days.
Submit title work from the dealer workspace, then track documents, original custody, employee assignments, and government funds. Staff record each submission. DealerOS does not file electronically with the state.
Billed monthly per dealership location. Title processing is $50 per title separately. Government fees, shipping, payment processing and third-party usage are additional. Provider-dependent features require setup; BHPH requires a compliance review. Enterprise pricing is agreed before activation.
ANSWERS BEFORE YOU GET STARTED
A clearer picture of DealerOS.
What is available today?
Inventory with a sell-ready queue, a customer list and portal, deals, repair orders, dealer websites, recorded receipts and deposits, BHPH servicing after compliance review, printable vehicle research, Smart Acquisition on your own opportunities, and title processing. The feature list on this page states the limits.
How do inventory and customers connect?
Vehicles and customers link to deals, repair orders, title cases, documents, and recorded payments in the same dealership. The sell-ready queue reads the unsold units already on the vehicle list.
Are deals, BHPH, and GPS available?
Deals are in the workspace: structure, trade-in, finalize, deliver, and start the title case. BHPH servicing covers schedules, recorded payments, fees, and payoff, and a loan stays inactive until a compliance review is recorded. GPS is a device and authorization record. Live locations are not shown.
How do titles and government fees work?
DealerOS Titles supports intake, human document review, custody, missing-document follow-up, and fee accounting. Tax paths must be verified before funds are remitted. There is no state e-title connection.
Does it collect customer payments or connect to Wave?
Customer receipts and bank deposits are records of money your store already received. DealerOS does not collect those payments. Stripe and Wave can be connected for DealerOS billing after merchant setup. Wave observations do not create duplicate local payments. Government funds stay separate from service revenue.
How do subscriptions work?
Core $149, Growth $299, Complete $499 monthly per location. Enterprise custom pricing. Title processing $50 per title separately.
Can I manage multiple locations?
Existing dealerships can manage rooftops and location-linked inventory. Organization groups and expanded entitlements are being developed.
How do onboarding and security work?
Get Started creates a pending dealer account for review. Signed sessions, server permissions and dealership-scoped records protect access; external services must be configured separately.
