Service agreement

NXT LVL Title Services processes vehicle title transactions submitted by the dealership as its outsourced title department.
Processing fees are set in the dealership's pricing agreement with NXT LVL, based on transaction type, volume, and processing requirements, and are confirmed before work begins. Government taxes, title fees, and registration fees are separate and are passed through at cost.
Processing availability depends on the state, transaction type, and the processing channels NXT LVL is authorized to use. NXT LVL confirms the route before accepting a transaction.
The dealership is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents it submits.
